Booking Changes and Cancellations
The hotel management kindly asks guests to notify us in writing, as soon as possible, of any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation.
In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:
For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there is no financial charge, and any deposit paid will be refunded by the hotel.
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of the total stay based on their reservation.
In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for a no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the stay based on their reservation.
In exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation or to modify, substitute, or withdraw any service, facility, or amenity without prior notice, if deemed necessary. In such an event, the hotel is obliged to refund the full amount paid for your reservation and will make every effort to secure accommodation for you in another establishment of at least the same category, in the same city, offering similar amenities and services.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the booking is charged simultaneously with the reservation confirmation, and modifications or cancellations are not permitted.
Payment is made either by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of a no-show without prior notification.
The reservation refers to a room type for the duration of your stay, not a specific room. If we need to transfer you to a different room whose price is lower than that of your reservation, the hotel is obliged to refund the difference.
