The hotel management kindly asks guests to notify us in writing, as soon as possible, of any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation.<\/p>

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of the total stay based on their reservation.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for a no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the stay based on their reservation. <\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

In exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation or to modify, substitute, or withdraw any service, facility, or amenity without prior notice, if deemed necessary. In such an event, the hotel is obliged to refund the full amount paid for your reservation and will make every effort to secure accommodation for you in another establishment of at least the same category, in the same city, offering similar amenities and services.<\/p>\n \t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
